I get text messages from spam emails saying stuff like "cum 2 my website 2 c" and "to see my private video _____"…If a dasher texts you. If a dasher texts you asking which house they need to drop your order off to, RESPOND. Especially if its an apartment complex with the same number just different letters. And do not get mad at the dasher if you fail to respond after 5 minutes and they have other orders to get to. Either put the exact number and letter in ... ….

Just FYI, disabling DoorDash texts as a whole (by replying Stop), also disables customers from texting you. Found out the hard way in the past lol. I'd try to contact customers for gate codes or order substitutions and whatnot, and they wouldn't be able to text me back with answers. Once I reactivated the DD texts, I could finally get texts ...You really shouldn't be deducting stars for people not answering your texts then, and instead deduct them if they bang on your door, showing they obviously didn't read your directions.
