Dec 31, 2023 · I have continuously filed complaints for service performed on my 2010 Cadillac SRX Base since October 2022 when I originally had an all-wheel alignment performed by the Mavis Discount Tire location on 3877 Centerville Rosebud Rd. in Snellville, GA. I have been assigned three ticket numbers for this issue and have not had the issue resolved.
