Mages damage is really lackluster between 5-15 if you are crafting. I would still rate something like Marksman = Mage > Warrior > Scoundrel. Marksman is by far the top dps class and mage has almost all utility spells. Warrior is a runner up until lv15, later on it is outclassed by everyone but scoundrel, which is straight up worse than warrior.Take that and roll with it. Ifan is bland but generic. Some people like that. As for you, choose custom if you want a race/gender combination not available like female lizard/dwarf or male elf. The important part is that you like your pick.
